What Happens Next?
If after troubleshooting your part/pump is found to be defective by our team, you are in the warranty period and you are able to provide the above information needed, we will send you a new pump/part. If the pump is being replaced, a return form will be provided to you.
Shipping Replaced Product
Standard UPS Ground shipping costs for the return of the defective pump for replacement will be the responsibility of Spectra and USPS Priority mail shipping costs for the return of the defective part will be the responsibility of Spectra. Upgraded options such as Express or Overnight delivery is available at an additional cost to you. Spectra must receive the defective product within 4 days of receiving the replaced product in order to avoid additional fees. Spectra only ships within the U.S.A.
Spectra only accepts IServe purchases through Amazon. We are no longer honoring other Amazon purchases. Replacements do not include lost or stolen items or items broken due to personal error. Replacements are covered for issues of damage upon arrival, or malfunctioning of the pump/part during the designated warranty period. Spectra warrants the Product to the First User. We do not accept third party purchases including but not limited to E-BAY/ JET, CRAIGSLIST, AMAZON, LIVING SOCIAL, or FACEBOOK purchases against defects in material or workmanship for a designated period as listed above. Warranty does not apply to defects resulting from any customer actions, such as mishandling and product abuse, improper interfacing, operation outside of design limits, misapplication, improper repair, or unauthorized modification. Warranty/purchases are only valid in the U.S.
