Thank you for trusting Spectra Baby USA as your premier breast pump provider.

Our Spectra Warranty and Customer Care team will assist you with any questions or issues you are having during your breast pumping experience. We will do our best to make sure this is a comfortable, productive, and fulfilling journey.

We are here to provide troubleshooting support to determine if a product-related issue exists.  If a product-related issue is found during the warranty period, we will replace the item(s). For additional help using your pump, our team of Lactation Consultants is available to help you.

Your Spectra Warranty Facts

Spectra Baby USA values your business and offers warranty coverage on Spectra breast pumps and accessories.

  • To expedite your warranty request, please fill out the warranty request form here.
  • All Spectra warranties start on the original date of purchase and covers manufacturer’s defects.
  • The pump has a 2-year warranty, and pump accessories have a 90-day warranty whether purchased from Spectra Baby USA directly, Durable Medical Equipment (DME) companies, or authorized retailers***.
  • Your Spectra S1/S2 Plus or 9 Plus is a single-user pump. As a result, only the original user is covered under the warranty. The warranty is non-transferrable.
  • Proof of purchase, which can be in the form of a receipt, invoice, or email, must be provided when submitting a warranty claim.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, normal wear and tear, improper use, unauthorized maintenance or repair, neglect of maintenance of pump or its accessories, or failure to follow written instructions for use.
  • Warranty is valid in the USA only; replacements are shipped to USA addresses only.

Together with our retail partners, we are working toward the same goal making sure you get the best service in a timely manner.  If you purchase your Spectra pump from any of our retailers listed below and need your pump replaced during the warranty period, please return to the store for immediate assistance.

Shipping Information

All Pumps (used or unused) must be shipped back to us within the 4-day return guaranty—starting from the day it was delivered to a customer. All accessories (used or unused) that came with the pump must be included with it (when returned) otherwise their value will be deducted from the amount being refunded. All items/accessories to be returned within the 4-day return guaranty must be unused and unopened due to the personal nature of these items. They are non-returnable if the hygienic seal has been broken. Contact us to arrange the return.

Expedited shipping is not available for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

e.g. Signature is required upon delivery for all orders above $100.00

*A refund will be processed deducting shipping charge. For any attempt to delivery, return to sender or refuse packed. 

We do NOT accept international credit cards or gift card. Please do NOT enter international credit cards or gift card because your account will be charged but you will not receive the product.  Spectra Baby USA does NOT sell, ship or warranty pumps in or out of Canada.  Not authorized for sale in Canada.


*The Postal Service does not provide a money-back guarantee if items sent via Priority Mail fail to arrive by the scheduled delivery date.

*Note: Deliveries may take longer–up to 40 days for APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
