In spite of our best efforts, we occasionally find a few cartons with cosmetic damage in our inventory. Rather than send these new, unused, functional items for recycling, we occasionally will ship them as warranty replacements.

These products are labeled with a “Scratch and Dent” tag placed on or near the affected area after inspection. All product guarantees associated with warranty shipments, including product functionality and carton contents, apply to these items.
