Shipping Policy

WHERE DO WE SHIP?

Spectra Baby USA ships to all U.S. States, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii & APO/FPO. WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY.

Pre-order Terms and Conditions:

  1. Limit of 5 pieces of the same item per customer.
  2. Limit of one order per shipping address.
  3. Orders will be processed in 7-10 business days and are not considered accepted by us until we have shipped the product(s).
  4. Expedited shipping is not available, no exceptions.
  5. Product will ship to continental US states and Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). Not shipments to PO Boxes. US customers only.
  6. All purchases must be for end use only and not for resale.
  7. If a promo code is offered it must be applied at time of checkout before completing the order. A promo code cannot be applied to previously placed orders.

Pre-order and Acceptance:

You will receive a shipping confirmation once the shipment is scheduled. The currently anticipated ship dates are in the second week of December, subject to availability.

Your placement of an order does not necessarily assure that we will accept your order. Orders are subject to acceptance by us and we may, at any time and at our sole discretion, refuse to accept your order even after we have provided an order confirmation e-mail or charged your card if a product was mispriced, a product is no longer available, or there was another error on the site related to a product. You acknowledge and agree that we reserve the right to accept your order in whole or in part; therefore, in the event of partial acceptance, the products will be shipped and your account will be charged for the part of the order that was accepted. Credit cards are charged at time of order acceptance. If we do not accept your order, we will refund any amounts charged to your card and contact you at the e-mail address that you provided to us within thirty (30) days from the date of your order.

Shipping & Processing:

  • All orders are processed the same day if placed before 2PM EST except on weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 2PM are processed the following business day.
  • After an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • If you’re a customer placing an order with a shipping address different from the billing address, it is required that you notify retail@spectrababyusa.com within 48 hours of the purchase date/time to avoid cancellation.
  • Free Standard Shipping – All orders of $30 or more qualify for free shipping – valid on orders to be shipped within the contiguous United States only. These orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS. Delivery details are not available prior to shipment since shipping location, weather, and other unforeseen factors can affect time of delivery and can only be provided by the carrier.
  • Once your order is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email with an invoice number. If it is not processed, you will receive an email with the status of your order.
  • As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package from the carrier’s website.
  • Contact the carrier for updates and questions regarding delivery or shipment.
  • Should the customer fail to give the correct address to Spectra Baby USA, subsidiaries or delivery services, Spectra Baby USA shall be in no way liable or required to issue a resend or refund.
  • Spectra Baby USA cannot be responsible for missing or stolen packages once they have been labeled “Delivered” by the carrier. Customers must contact their local parcel office for missing or stolen items.
  • Any orders that have damage/missing items upon arrival must be photographed immediately as proof, including the receipt. No request of replacement or refund can be reviewed or approved without photo evidence. Once the photos are received, there will be a required review period to verify. A product may be required to be returned to us at customer expense to complete the review.
  • Some orders may require a signature upon delivery. Once your order is processed you’ll receive an email with tracking information detailing whether or not this option is required.

Alaska and Hawaii: Due to distance and shipping methods employed to get your package to you, please allow up to 6-15 business days. This is an average estimate from FedEx and can take less or more time, depending on the season, weather and shipping conditions. Always check your tracking.

Puerto Rico: Please allow up to 5-15 business days. This is an average estimate from USPS and can take less or more time, depending on the season, weather and shipping conditions.

APO/FPO Addresses: Although APO/FPO addresses are considered in the United States, shipping may be delayed due to the remote locations. 10-15 shipping days may apply for these addresses, but are usually delivered faster!

Overseas Forwarding Addresses: We must assure customers that packages will be delivered. International Shipping Regulations do not allow us to protect the potential seizure of our products. Customs Agents have the authority to stop any medical device being shipped out of the United States and therefore we cannot allow products to be sent directly to overseas forwarding addresses. Customers can pursue overseas forwarding addresses at their own risk after receiving Spectra products at confirmed US addresses not classified as overseas forwarding services. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Shipping Holidays:

Spectra Baby USA will be closed on the following Holidays 2020. Shipments will resume on the next business day.

New Year’s Day: January 1st
Memorial Day: May 25th
Thanksgiving: November 25th-26th
Christmas: December 24th-25th
New Year’s Eve: December 31st
