WHERE DO WE SHIP?
Spectra Baby USA ships to all U.S. States, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii & APO/FPO. We do not ship Internationally.
Shipping & Processing:
- All orders are processed the same day if placed before 2PM EST except on weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 2PM are processed the following business day.
- After an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
- If you’re a customer placing an order with a shipping address different from the billing address, it is required that you notify firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of the purchase date/time to avoid cancellation.
- Free Standard Shipping – All orders of $30 or more qualify for free shipping – valid on orders to be shipped within the contiguous United States only. These orders are shipped via FedEx. Delivery details are not available prior to shipment since shipping location, weather, and other unforeseen factors can affect time of delivery and can only be provided by the carrier.
- Once your order is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email with an invoice number. If it is not processed, you will receive an email with the status of your order.
- As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package from the carrier’s website.
- Contact the carrier for updates and questions regarding delivery or shipment.
- Should the customer fail to give the correct address to Spectra Baby USA, subsidiaries or delivery services, Spectra Baby USA shall be in no way liable or required to issue a resend or refund.
- Spectra Baby USA cannot be responsible for missing or stolen packages once they have been labeled “Delivered” by the carrier. Customers must contact their local parcel office for missing or stolen items.
- Any orders that have damage/missing items upon arrival must be photographed immediately as proof, including the receipt. No request of replacement or refund can be reviewed or approved without photo evidence. Once the photos are received, there will be a required review period to verify. A product may be required to be returned to us at customer expense to complete the review.
- Some orders may require a signature upon delivery. Once your order is processed you’ll receive an email with tracking information detailing whether or not this option is required.
Alaska and Hawaii: Due to distance and shipping methods employed to get your package to you, please allow up to 6-15 business days. This is an average estimate from FedEx and can take less or more time, depending on the season, weather and shipping conditions. Always check your tracking.
Puerto Rico: Please allow up to 5-15 business days. This is an average estimate from USPS and can take less or more time, depending on the season, weather and shipping conditions.
APO/FPO Addresses: Although APO/FPO addresses are considered in the United States, shipping may be delayed due to the remote locations. 10-15 shipping days may apply for these addresses, but are usually delivered faster!
