Return Policy

All item(s) being returned to us must have been purchased directly from Spectra
Baby USA.

Products purchased from other retail stores must be returned to
the original place of purchase, per that retailer’s return policy. Please contact the store where the purchase
was made to review their refund/return policy.

You will be refunded the cost of the item(s) purchased excluding the shipping charges. Refunds are
provided in the original form of payment for the purchase price of the item including sales tax. Returns are subject to
evaluation by Spectra Baby USA, and proof of purchase is required. 

Online purchases are not eligible for store credit or exchanges.

Please be advised that all products must have a Return Authorization Number
(RMA) before being returned to us. Products returned without a RMA number may be lost or significantly delay the
return process.

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Returns beyond this time limit and without RMA
  number will be refused and shipped back to the original order’s shipping address.
• Refunds typically take 7-10 business days after we receive the returned
  product.

Customers are welcome to use a carrier of their choice. Once shipped, please share the corresponding tracking number
with us at ra@spectrababyusa.com to help ensure a smooth return process.
