Customer Care Representative

As a Customer Care professional, you serve as the face and voice of the Spectra Baby USA brand. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our moms by displaying a passion to serve at the center of every customer contact. You will be responsible for tailoring solutions to customer issues while reinforcing the benefits of being a Spectra Baby USA customer. Lactation professionals are encouraged to apply.

- Monday thru Friday 12PM-8PM with Rotating weekends
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Excellent Salary

- Prior experience providing customer support in a call center environment
- Capable of solving practical problems and deal with a variety questions about products using key problem solving and clarification techniques
- NetSuite or Oracle experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service environment with measured metrics
- Proven experience being able to perform computer skills and strong at multitasking
