Warranty Policies

Our warranty time frame policy is as follows; Our S2/S1/Dew350 all have a 2-year warranty from date of purchase of original owner only with proof of purchase/insurance verification. Our S9 has a 1-year warranty.  Accessories that come with your pump have 90-day manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. This is based on the date of First User’s purchase of this product.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

Returns/refunds/exchanges/ can only be processed if purchased from us at spectrababyusa.com within 4 days of receiving the item, with proof of purchase, and unopened. You must submit this form with all refunds, exchanges, and upgrades in order for us to process the return.

Where to submit Troubleshooting/Warranty Claim?

All videos, pictures, and claims are to be submitted to only one of the following methods.  Contact Uscustomerservice@spectrababyusa.com OR to the message link on our Facebook.  If your submission is received more than once, the warranty claim will be denied.

How To Submit A Warranty Claim

  • Before submitting a claim our policy is that you must submit a video of the pump/issue or picture of the product in question to troubleshoot with one of our staff first.
  • To submit a warranty claim for a pump our policy is as follows after troubleshooting the pump with one of our team; all of the items have to be included in order to process a replacement if in the warranty time period.
  • ALL of the following must be submitted:
    1. Proof of purchase including but not limited to:
      1. Order number
      2. Receipt
      3. Transaction ID with proof or receipt (if paid via PayPal)
      4. Date received DME name and proof of receipt (if you received your pump via an insurance company/DME, Edgepark, Byram Healthcare, Etc
    2. Your First and Last Name, mailing address, phone number, and email
    3. Breast pump model, and serial number/SN# (located at the back/bottom of the pump)

What Happens Next?

If after troubleshooting your part/pump is found to be defective by our team, you are in the warranty period and you are able to provide the above information needed, we will send you a new pump/part. If the pump is being replaced, a return form will be provided to you.

Shipping Replaced Product

Standard UPS Ground shipping costs for the return of the defective pump for replacement will be the responsibility of Spectra and USPS Priority mail shipping costs for the return of the defective part will be the responsibility of Spectra. Upgraded options such as Express or Overnight delivery is available at an additional cost to you. Spectra must receive the defective product within 4 days of receiving the replaced product in order to avoid additional fees. Spectra only ships within the U.S.A.

Warranty Limitations

Spectra only accepts IServe purchases through Amazon. We are no longer honoring other Amazon purchases.  Replacements do not include lost or stolen items or items broken due to personal error. Replacements are covered for issues of damage upon arrival, or malfunctioning of the pump/part during the designated warranty period. Spectra warrants the Product to the First User.  We do not accept third party purchases including but not limited to E-BAY/ JET, CRAIGSLIST, AMAZON, WALMART, OFFER UP, LIVING SOCIAL, or FACEBOOK purchases against defects in material or workmanship for a designated period as listed above. Warranty does not apply to defects resulting from any customer actions, such as mishandling and product abuse, improper interfacing, operation outside of design limits, misapplication, improper repair, or unauthorized modification. Warranty/purchases are only valid in the U.S.

As of June 1, 2018, Spectra Baby USA will not be honoring Groupon purchases.

Shipping Information

All Pumps (used or unused) must be shipped back to us within the 4-day return guaranty—starting from the day it was delivered to a customer. All accessories (used or unused) that came with the pump must be included with it (when returned) otherwise their value will be deducted from the amount being refunded. All items/accessories to be returned within the 4-day return guaranty must be unused and unopened due to the personal nature of these items. They are non-returnable if the hygienic seal has been broken. Contact us to arrange the return.

Expedited shipping is not available for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

*A refund will be processed deducting shipping charge. For any attempt to delivery, return to sender or refuse packed. 

We do NOT accept international credit cards or gift card. Please do NOT enter international credit cards or gift card because your account will be charged but you will not receive the product.  Spectra Baby USA does NOT sell, ship or warranty pumps in or out of Canada.  Not authorized for sale in Canada.


*The Postal Service does not provide a money-back guarantee if items sent via Priority Mail fail to arrive by the scheduled delivery date.
